Greetings from the IEI Qatar Chapter!

 

The Institution of Engineers (India) or IEI is the largest multidisciplinary professional body that encompasses 15 engineering disciplines and gives engineers a global platform for sharing professional interest. It has a membership of over 0.6 million and was established in 1920. In 1935, IEI was incorporated by Royal Charter and remains the only professional body in India which has been accorded this honor. 

 

The World Federation of Engineering Organizations (WFEO) is the international organization for the engineering profession. Founded in 1968, under the auspices of UNESCO, WFEO brings together national engineering institutions from some 100 nations and represents more than 30 million engineers.

 

The Qatar Chapter of the Institute of Engineers, India (IEI) shall be hosting a Technical online conference  on Saturday 13th March, 2021 in association with World Federation of Engineering Organization (WFEO– CIC), celebrating the “ World Engineering Day”. The celebrations shall be conducted in Online.

The World Engineering Day will be held with Two panel discussions on the Theme of “ Engineering for a Healthy Planet” .The Conference will discuss different advanced and state-of-the art technologies and technological innovations of integrated engineering processes for development of Petrochemical and Civil infrastructure. And IEI Womens wing will be conducted the second panel discussion on the theme of “ Women in Leadership”

 

In this regard, we wish to invite you and all the engineers in your organization to attend the World Engineering program on 13th March 5:30 PM (Qatar Time) & (8:00 PM Indian Time). Your presence along with your engineers at the web conference will be indeed a great honor for us and appreciated.
